Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
A strong command of the English language
Experience managing client relationships
Agile Methodology experience leading UXUI and Development projects
Knowledgable with web technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Experience leading Sprint planning meetings, creating agile schedules, scrum management, and keeping teams on- Course
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Experience in Jira and Confluence, nice to have
Ability to circumvent while catering to demanding clients, knowing how to make them feel loved but also when to draw lines

Actividades a realizar:
The Technical Project Manager works on projects with top- Down oversight from inception to completion. They must ensure that all projects adhere to the required standards of budget, timeline and scope. They must develop project plans that meet client needs with company goals, and coordinate with team managers and technical personnel throughout all stages of the project.
Our Technical Project Managers are both leaders and integrators working closely with various teams. This role is also very client facing - they must be able to work with senior executives and guide client teams while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
Essential Functions
Develop a deep understanding of the projects; managing assigned projects with a clear understanding of business and technology context, developing a deep understanding of cross- Department synergies and dependencies.
Manage client communications and expectations; representing the company as being the main point of contact interfacing between the internal project team and the client.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa.
Write SOWs, budgets and briefs.
Lead meetings with internal and external teams; included but not limited to Kick Offs, Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Backlog Prioritization Meetings, Retrospectives, Ideations.
Lead the project team in defining our approach and executing the day to day activities involved in arriving at the end product, while adhering to the required standards of budget, timeline and scope, and fostering a collaborative agile workflow appropriate to the project and IT-s goals.
Lead the project team in pivoting the plan finding alternative ways of reaching project goals if necessary.
Employ standard project management tools and processes throughout all project phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control and Close.
Proactively lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.
Provide reporting as necessary on project health, status, release plans, risks, post- Mortems, etc.
