WebCreek, one of the world's leading IT development companies, is seeking an Sales Operations Analyst who will be responsible for providing office and administrative support for the Business Development. This is a 100% remote position.
- 2+ year of experience as Sales Operations Analyst /CRM Specialist/Data Analyst/Sales Assistant or a similar position
- Experience in the IT industry (highly desired)
- Minimum of Bachelors degree (completed or in process) in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field
Actividades a realizar:
- Ensure that the CRM system Deals are updated so that it can be relied upon as an accurate pipeline reporting tool
- Assists with ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly KPIs of the Business Development department's various roles are calculated accurately and timely including:
- Monthly KPI Tracker for Staff Augmentation
- Activity and Sales KPIs for all Sales Managers and Sales Account Executives
- Prepares accurate Commission Payout Request and other accounting forms
- Performs lead generation activities as directed by the Director BD
- Assist the Director BD and/or executive management with other tasks as requested
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes, along with possible solutions
- Maintain a high level of expertise on WebCreek sales operational processes, functions, and requirements
- Maintain current knowledge in tech industry sales management best practices
