Requirements:
? Near-native proficiency in English (Spanish bilingual)
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong sales/customer service skills
? 1 year of experience in the travel industry (vacations, hotels and flights)
? Knowledge of reservation systems and travel booking platforms
? Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
? Passion for travel and knowledge of different travel destinations and cultures
? To be available for 8 hours per day. This is a full-time position from 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M EST
? Experience in inbound/outbound calls
? Internet connection of 10 MB download and upload. Must be connected via LAN cable. It cannot be wireless or through a data card. Check that latency doesn't go off over 100 ms. You can test these requirements by running a simple test at speedtest.Net
? Good Computer (processor: Intel Core i3 8th Gen or better - RAM: 6GB or better, only windows OS allowed).
? Headset: This headset can be simple, but it must connect to your computer via USB. This is to ensure proper phone behavior and call quality.
Responsibilities:
? Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
? Your Main function will be making outbound calls to our clients and leads, offering them our services and packages.
? Provide advice and recommendations to clients on travel destinations, modes of transportation, accommodation, and travel insurance.
? Process reservations, bookings, and payments for clients using our reservation systems
? Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, regulations, and requirements to provide accurate and current information to clients
? Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the travel experience
