We are currently seeking full time remote operator's to work for our busy 24/7 call center. This position requires minimum computer and internet specs that must be met in order to perform the essential job functions in a remote environment. please ensure you meet all minimum requirements prior to applying. Perfect command of english & spanish (written & spoken) proficiency
a clear speaking voice and attention to detail, Windows 10 as tablets or Mac's can not be used for this position. Internet access, must be fiber optic (30 megabytes of upload/download speed). Great communication skills the ability to type accurately
a quiet place to work.
Responsibilities:
Your job is to listen to, inform, assure, and help people in a way that an answering machine cannot. The good old-fashioned hospitality of a pleasant host is a central service our clients pay for and expect. Yours is a role that takes warmth, patience and dependability to the next level and the client's reputation depends on it.
